Policies & Procedures
TUITION POLICY:
Tuition is to be paid monthly at the first lesson of each month. Acceptable payment methods are PayPal, Venmo, cash (recommended), or check (payable to Katie Burzynski.) If paying by cash or check, please submit payment in an envelope to your teacher at the first lesson of the month.
Vocal students -- Fee for sheet music requests
Piano students -- Fee for method books
Guitar students - Fee for method books
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations require 24 hours' notice before the scheduled lesson time. If you need to cancel your lesson, your teachers will try to work out a makeup date for your lesson. If a make-up date cannot be arranged, you will be credited 1 lesson for the following month's tuition. If a lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee to compensate for the educator's time.
If a student misses 3 consecutive scheduled lessons without proper notice or making arrangements with the instructor, the lesson spot will be forfeited.
